One part movement. One part catharsis. A monthly class focusing on aerobic exercise, calisthenics and plyometrics for releasing, letting go and clearing space in our minds and hearts; all while strengthening the body. We'll work up a sweat while we move energy, stress + emotions out through movement, sound + breath.
