It’s based on a sequence from ancient Chinese longevity exercises — movements designed not just to stretch the body, but to move energy, clear stagnation, and regulate your system. Think of it as hydrating and unwinding your fascia, flushing your emotions, fueling your mitochondria… and fine-tuning your field in minutes.
