Each of these sessions is unique as I intuitively pull threads from different places, and typically multiple pieces, which may include your Human Design Bodygraph, your natal chart, your current astroCarto, your personal cosmic weather (including multiple timing charts), your Kua… based on your needs and in the moment desires. It’s not always easy for us to see clearly when we’re inside of it so these guidance sessions are about BRINGING LIGHT to your uniqueness and what will most serve you at this time. They are less about description or prediction and more about practicality and support to be in flow. Sometimes this offers new insights, fresh perspective, permission, validation, confirmation, sustenance with resonant practices, plans, tools + rituals for greater (w)holistic well-being, connection, co-creation + integration that are unique to you and your Design.

I work with the Cosmic Trinity filtered through the lens of your imprint (Heavenly Luck) in order to share the most (w)holistic offering I can. I’m most interested in cultivating real support, utilitarian transformation + authentic resonance and radiance through embodied integration.

You will be prompted upon booking to let me know what you want to focus on. All sessions are one hour with me over Zoom + a follow up email with the additional support + copy of your recording. Each is designed to intuitively pull the threads + troubleshoot the areas and archetypes that will be most helpful to you in this moment in your life.

You may want a session solely dedicated to your cosmic weather for the year, whether you are at your solar return or not, or you may have an ‘up right now for you’ topic or two you’d like to hone in on. This might look like:

• Session dedicated to your year ahead and getting in flow with your personal cosmic weather. Preparing for the now and what's to come in your immediate future, when you might feel more ease or expansion, what you are being called to release + increase, the phases you are in, your solar return, your guiding planet and containers for the year, challenges + opportunities, and how to be in flow. In addition to knowing what's in store we can better plan for aligning with life's cosmic cycles to our own benefit.

  A session dedicated to exploring support for doing life in this moment + stewarding your in the now VISION + GOALS, whatever may be up for you: career/business, purpose, love, moving thru obstacles/feelings of stuck-ness, co-creating your desired future self + unique magnetism support, cultivating greater abundance and prosperity, etc.. through the lens of your unique energetics and embodying your authenticity in alignment with your design.

follow ups

Follow ups are booked when we’ve done a cosmic session and you’d like additional integration support + guidance based around that session (not pulling your charts to look at more components or pull new threads - that would be another guidance session booked above). This is really for those who desire a little more counsel as you move forward with integration and embodiment, or you’d just like to talk some things through.

You might also book this session if you’d like to explore guidance/coaching sans your cosmic imprint (for instance, b/c you don’t know your birth time).

cosmic bodymind

This is an offering combining many of my absolute favorite things. Like everything I do, I want to, one, offer you as much of your own sovereignty in your wellness + prosperity journey in all areas of your life AND two, provide sustenance that is holistic + uniquely tailored to you. The body, mind, emotions, spirit are all connected. Whether you are looking to increase your overall wellBEING, make more aligned choices, practice more intentional and supportive self stewardship, feel stronger, healthier or just better in your bodymind, decrease stress, create more ease, and/or focus on greater somatic integration of your human design + astrological imprint, we are all unique in how we approach these things. There is no one size fits all for living with greater ease and flow. We each have our own unique roadmap to thriving.

A true embodiment of your cosmic imprint begins with integrating the wisdom of your chart into your day to day life. And, it is the small steps, the day to day cumulative actions that often net the biggest transformations. The laws of nature, as within so without, indicate that the more flow we have in our bodies, minds and emotional bodies, the more flow we have in our lives.

I will utilize medical astrology, the primary health system in Human Design as well as other informative placements in your Design and natal chart, organ theory based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, health recommendations based on your personal Kua + Feng Shui cures, as we discuss supporting your (w)holistic wellness journey + goals through a plan. This may include things like working with your unique mind, honoring your energy + unique body, weaknesses in your chart/systems and how to bring balance, protein needs, exercise style, sleep hygiene + tips, tools + product suggestions.

• a 1:1 60 min reading/session of how to support your well-being and goals through your unique blueprint with video recording

• a follow up PDF 40 day PLAN with tips, tools + product recommendations

• a 1:1 20 minute check-in within 40 days of receiving your plan for troubleshooting + support
