This year while we have Jupiter in Cancer is a time when we really want to prioritize emotional hygiene. Jupiter is expanding our emotional bodies especially while we are also in Cancer season. And this entire year is a profound opportunity to deeply heal and liberate ourselves through releasing old emotions and changing our outdated default settings. This is the perfect time to intentionally move some feels and make some space.

This type of Breathwork is one of the most profound tools I’ve encountered on my path.

It is an active meditation, a three part breath that neutralizes the mind and encourages stuck energy to move, deeply detoxing our mental, physical + emotional bodies. Every session is an occasion for transformation; to get the ‘gunk” out and to move beyond current limitations, change emotional default settings, clear confusion, negative thought patterns, and limiting beliefs. It supports us to move from contraction to expansion. Tending to our inner landscape leaves us feeling softer, less burdened, more connected.

It is a chance to actually let go and unclench; an opportunity to release strong emotions and connect to your own unique life force energy and intuition as well as open your heart to more creativity, gratitude and self love. To come home to you.

Wear clothes you can move in and be comfortable as we will begin with movement to open ourselves up and move some energy. Bring a mat to lay on and any blankets to make yourself comfy. As well as water and a journal for any insights that come through.
