Take 5-20 minutes a day to truly change your life. You can carve out some time to do a 20 minute practice (once or twice/day) or pop in 3-5 minute ‘manageable bites’ throughout. Find what works for you. You might find stacking it with another habit helps keep you on track. There are tools for quick relief when you feel funky, stressed, have some anxiety or irritation pop up, feel your shoulders tightening, and there are tools for building capacity and longterm resilience over time by cultivating a more flexible regulated nervous system.

There is no perfect way to practice. Experiment. Play with different practices and see how you feel. Get curious. Take notice when you feel shifts, even small ones. And first and foremost be gentle with yourself, patient and kind.
