PULLING REPARENTING THREADS

Moon sign: How do I instinctively seek comfort and nurture myself? What did I learn about emotional safety growing up?

4th house sign + any planets there: What does home mean to me? How was it modeled in my childhood environment?

Ruler of the 4th house: How does the energy of my 4th house ruler show up in how I create or crave security?

Saturn placement by sign: What internalized expectations or 'shoulds' shaped my early development? What am I learning to release?

Chiron placement by sign and house: Where do I carry unhealed wounds or old narratives around safety, belonging, or being too much or too little?

Sun sign: What part of me longs to be seen and validated? How can I parent that part from within?

Venus sign: What are my pleasure patterns and self-worth stories? How were they shaped by my caregivers?

IC sign + GATE: What are my deepest roots and inner foundations? How does this sign and express when I feel safe vs. unsafe?

Moon phase: What emotional tone did I imprint during my birth? How does it influence how I start or complete things?

Moon aspects: How does my Moon communicate with the rest of my chart? Where is my emotional life supported — or challenged?

12th house influences: What hidden or ancestral patterns might be unconsciously guiding my emotional responses?

Hades Moon (Moon–Pluto aspects): Where do I hold intensity, control, or fear in my emotional body? What needs to be witnessed or softened?

What of this feels like it is currently stopping or blocking you?

What core themes emerge? What are the new programs to wire within?

INTENTIONAL JOURNEY

DAILY

Take a moment each day to connect with your Leo New Moon intentions daily + visualize them as current reality. If you’re a visual person you could also create a moodboard.

BONUS: throughout the day set your phone alarm and do 2-5 minutes nervous system support and 1-few minutes visualization and connection with your desired future throughout. Habit stack them with your work block breaks.

Not a workout. A homecoming.
Move for 5–15 minutes a day just for you. One to few songs.
Let your body lead. No mirrors. No rules. No performance.
Play your favorite childhood or emo song. One that wakes up your hips. That moves the frustration. That releases the tears. That feels joyful. Create a joy or pleasure playlist.

Prompt: “What does freedom feel like in my body today?”

gratitude journaling

List 8 things that felt good, abundant, supportive, nourishing, expansive, etc… today. This not only puts you in a magnetic frequency for your desires but opens you up to greater receptivity. When you’re doing it, take a few moments to put your hand on your heart, smile and feel the gratitude. Beam it through and out.

SIGNALING SAFETY

Daily 10 minutes of bottoms up nervous system exercises. Two new series and I’ll record a couple more within for those who just want plug and play ease.

ARTIST / PLAY DATES

Inspired by The Artist’s Way, but with your inner child as guide. Set aside 1–2 hours each week to play. No productivity, no goals, zero perfection… just play, pleasure, creativity. Make it different than something you normally do.

Think:

  • Coloring, finger painting, making art

  • Making friendship bracelets

  • Rewatching a childhood movie

  • Playing dress-up with your adult wardrobe

  • Playing with kids or your animals

  • Read a fun YA book

  • Play in the sprinkler

  • Go to a kids or science museum

  • Eat a comfort meal from childhood

  • Learn or re-learn something that lit you up when you were younger

  • Wear something you loved as a kid

Prompts:

  • If I were 7 years old and in charge of today… what would we do?

  • What did you love doing as a child before the world told you who to be?

  • What does “safe enough to be silly” look like for you?

  • When was the last time you laughed so hard your belly hurt? What instigated it?

  • What part of you needs permission to be too much? To sparkle? To play without purpose?

🌑 Moon + reparenting

Emotional safety and instinctual needs — vital for reparenting work.

What kind of care does your inner child long for? How does your Moon sign + gate feel safe enough to play? In what container does it most desire expression both by Moon placement and Cancer house?

What did the reparenting training and prompts teach you about how you uniquely cultivate feelings of safety?

To add a layer if you want to pull GATE threads for the Moon here is how I might think about it: The Moon isn’t just about feelings — it’s about felt safety.

In Human Design and Gene Keys, the Moon gates (personality + design) reveal your emotional motivations, attraction field, and energetic orientation to comfort, connection, and rhythm.

Some things to think about:

  • When you’re in overwhelm, check your Personality Moon: What’s motivating the reaction?

  • When you’re attracting chaos or clinging: What’s your Design Moon drawing in? Are you hanging out more in Shadow or Gift? How might the Shadow contribute to emotional dysregulation?

    Re-attune through nervous system resourcing that matches the gate’s frequency. Spend some time in the Inner Path in SIX.

  • If you feel ‘out of flow’ or emotionally dysregulated - how might you look at your Moon Gates for support?

☀️ Your Leo

Obvious but potent. Where is Leo in your chart? What house does it rule? Any planets/gates there?

This is your personal theater of play, visibility, and heart-centered expression. What wants to shine here?

+ your 5th House placements

The playground of your chart. Romance, joy, creative risk, children (literal and inner).

How do you naturally express fun, flirt with life, or take creative risks? Sign? Element? Planets/Gates?

week 3

Venus

Your pleasure language. Sensuality, beauty, joy, and your yes to life.

What delights your senses? What makes you feel magnetic and alive?

Look to the Sign, House, Element + Gates. I would DEFINITELY look to your Design Venus as this might feel even more supportive, somatically, to nervous system regulation with a line focus as well.

Unexpected routes to freedom + nervous system flexibility.

Where are you being invited to rewire your joy pathways? What House is Uranus located in your chart?
