20 ways to create more ease | a list

  1. Prioritize joy. Give yourself a break, and go have some fun.

  2. A simple way to support ourselves is to get good sleep. One way to do this is to make sure our bed is in the command position. The best place for your bed is diagonal to your door ie; on one of the side walls when you are facing in from the door, rather than with the headboard on the same wall as the entrance, or with the feet facing out the door. It’s important to be able to see the door when sitting up in bed with your back to the headboard. If your bed is on the same wall as the door and you can’t move it, add a big mirror to reflect the door to you while in bed, just angle it so that it does not reflect the bed.

  3. Get in right relationship with your squares.

  4. Check out your local space astrology and frequent a new coffee shop, grocery store, gym, etc.. along one of your supportive lines to bring in more of the energy you would like to create in your life in this moment. For example, looking to find love or just amplify love in your life - travel a Venus line or set up an altar in that sector of your home.

  5. Write it out. Get it all out of your head and down on paper.

  6. Get your bare feet on the Earth.

  7. What element is associated with your Moon Sign, how can you incorporate that to nourish yourself. For example if it’s a water sign, float in water, a fire sign - process some healthy aggression, an air sign - do some breathwork, an earth sign - create a new healthy routine.

  8. Empty out EVERYDAY!

  9. Fix something around your house that you’ve been meaning to get around to.

  10. Habit stack. Add a new healthy habit to your life by combining it with something you already do daily. For example, when you make your lemon water first thing each morning, also boil water for a neti pot so it can cool while you meditate or add tongue scraping before you brush your teeth. Start small, build trust in keeping your word to yourself.

  11. Lean into your gifts.

  12. Write out an Angel To Do List. Take the things that are out of your control and turn them over to a higher power, or even just your higher mind, with trust + gratitude.

  13. Take a nap. Allow yourself to reset. Honor your cycles + how your centers pulse on and off naturally if they are defined, or the times when you amplify + utilize the energy of others and then when it’s time to recharge.

  14. Support your nervous system.

  15. Take one small action toward something you want to create in your life.

  16. Align with your correct Determination + Environment.

  17. Ask for what you need.
