  1. Clear out the relics associated with old jobs, old relationships, old versions of you.

  2. Hunt for and amplify little joys, the small pleasures in the ordinariness of life.

  3. Be honest about what you feel, speak it, own it, look it in the eye, take action where needed.

  4. Explore your Solar Plexus Center and the Gates of your Solar Plexus.

  5. Empty out your Solar Plexus Center regularly, especially if you have it open.

  6. Exhale a whispered “AAAAHHHHHH” and then simply watch + allow the inhale to come back naturally. Repeat.

  7. Heal through the emotional journey of your Design through the Gates of your Inner Path.

  8. Soften your belly.

  9. Fill your cup.

  10. Honor your inner child.

  11. Unfollow folks who make you feel bad about yourself.

  12. Explore your Moon to better understand your needs.

  13. Practice breathwork.

  14. Nourish your Sacral + Solar Plexus Chakras.

  15. Feel to heal.

  16. When you feel like crying, cry. When you are feeling sad, allow yourself that space of tenderness.

  17. Journal out your feels.

  18. Don’t trust everything you feel. Ask yourself… is this fact or feeling?

  19. Practice healthy emotional boundaries.

  20. Recognize that when you heal something for yourself, you heal it down your ancestral line backwards + forwards.

  21. Reparent yourself where needed.

  22. Nourish yourself with whole delicious foods, nourish your emotional body with resonant music, relationships + art, nourish your mental body with joyful content, feed your Spirit.

  23. Grieve the losses of what could have been.

  24. Acknowledge all you’ve overcome.

  25. Release any victim mentality.

  26. Practice healthy aggression + recognize that often anger masks deeper grief.

  27. Find the tools that allow you to connect with your feels whether your breath, meditating on sensations, a particular film or your favorite emo playlist.

  28. Love yourself. Being human is messy. Even when we are overwhelmed by the feels, when we are inside of it, we can remind ourselves that ALL is impermanent.
