This call is to gather in community, set expectations, talk about the journey and answer any questions!

The start date for practicum will be on the 20th of May when the Sun moves into Gemini. Each week a new set of practices will roll out on Tuesday evening for the “week” ahead.

Whether you print out the menu or use it as inspiration with a journal or note in your phone — this journey is the perfect time to keep a running list of the practices you love and feel like really created shifts. While what we need in the moment can change — having a list when things feel overwhelming can be extremely helpful.
